3. Programme Bookings

Bookings for all RoboThink sessions, including after-school clubs, workshops, and holiday camps, must be made through our official booking platform (Pebble).
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
By booking, you agree to comply with our policies, including cancellation and safeguarding.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices are subject to change but will be clearly stated before booking.
RoboThink reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking if payment is not received.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings are non-refundable. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
If RoboThink cancels a session, we will offer a rescheduled session or credit where possible.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect all children to behave respectfully and follow instructions.
We reserve the right to remove a child from a session if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or negatively impacts others.
Parents will be informed of any behavioural concerns.

7. Safeguarding & Safety

All instructors are DBS-checked and trained in child safeguarding.
We follow strict health and safety protocols and maintain up-to-date risk assessments.
Parents must provide accurate emergency contact and medical information at the time of booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All curriculum content, lesson plans, logos, branding, and original materials are the intellectual property of RoboThink and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Liability

RoboThink takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety but cannot be held responsible for personal belongings brought to sessions.
RoboThink is not liable for any loss or injury unless caused by proven negligence.

10. Changes to Services

RoboThink reserves the right to make adjustments to schedules, venues, or activities where necessary, including due to staffing or venue availability.
In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to inform affected parents promptly.
