RoboThink is committed to ensuring that all children, parents, staff, and visitors can access our programmes, services, and information. We aim to provide an inclusive environment where everyone—regardless of ability—feels supported, respected, and empowered to participate fully.
2. Programme Accessibility
We ensure:
- All venues are assessed for physical accessibility (e.g. step-free entry, accessible toilets, clear signage)
- Children with SEND, mobility needs, or medical conditions can participate in all activities with reasonable adjustments
- Activities are differentiated to support diverse learning styles, developmental stages, and abilities
- Staff receive training in inclusive teaching and support practices
3. Booking & Communication
Our booking system (Pebble) and website are designed to be accessible and user-friendly. In addition:
- Parents can provide information about medical, learning, or accessibility needs during registration
- We offer alternative ways to register or request support via phone or email
- Key policies and resources can be made available in large print or digital format upon request
4. Online Accessibility
We aim for our website and digital resources to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standards. This includes:
- Using clear language and legible fonts
- Ensuring strong contrast for readability
- Supporting screen readers and keyboard navigation
- Avoiding the use of flashing or strobing content
